Erasmus+ Outgoing Students

Short-term mobility

Students, in particular those who are not able to participate in long-term physical mobility, may apply for short-term physical mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The purpose of short-term mobility may include participation in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) organised by a partner higher education institution abroad, or a summer/winter school with a mandatory virtual component.
The academic content must be related to the student’s field of study.
Short-term physical mobility lasts from 5 to 30 days and must be combined with a compulsory virtual component, usually implemented before or after the physical mobility period.
Recruitment for this type of mobility is organised on a rolling basis. Applications are considered in order of submission.
The number of participants who may benefit from this type of mobility and receive Erasmus+ financial support depends on the availability of funds.
The decision on selection and the award of financial support is taken by the Selection Committee.
Only complete applications submitted with all required documents will be considered.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Students interested in participating must submit the following documents to the International Relations Office:
1. A completed application form for short-term mobility.

3. An acceptance letter issued by the partner higher education institution or host organisation (in the case of traineeships).
4. An opinion/recommendation from the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator.

2. Proof of adequate insurance coverage for the entire mobility period (European Health Insurance Card – EHIC – and accident insurance).
3. Bank account details.
4. A travel declaration.

AFTER THE MOBILITY
After completing the mobility, participants must settle their mobility and submit the following documents to the International Relations Office:
1. A certificate of attendance issued by the Receiving Institution.
2. A Transcript of Records or confirmation of completion of the programme, including information on the award of 3 ECTS credits.
3. A travel declaration together with supporting documents (tickets).

- Individual support: EUR 79 per day
- Top-up for participants with fewer opportunities: EUR 100 per mobility period
Participants are entitled to receive financial support for travel days.
