Short-term Mobility for Students

Students, especially those who do not have the possibility to participate in long-term mobility, may apply for a short-term mobility under the Erasmus+ program.

Short-term mobilities last from 5 to 7 days and include a mandatory virtual component. The number of students who can participate in this type of mobility depends on the availability of funds (more information at the International Relations Office). Recruitment is continuous, and applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

The purpose of the mobility may be participation in a summer/winter school organized by a foreign partner university with a mandatory virtual component, i.e., a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).

Students interested in participating must submit the following documents to the International Relations Office:
1. A completed application form for short-term mobility (including a reason why long-term mobility is not possible).
2. A language proficiency certificate or confirmation from the Language Centre, proving knowledge of the foreign language required by the partner university or host institution for traineeships at a level no lower than B2.
3. An acceptance letter issued by the partner university or host institution for the traineeship.
4. An opinion from the Faculty Coordinator.

The application is approved by the Committee. Only applications that include all required documents will be considered.

BEFORE DEPARTURE – students must submit the following documents to the International Relations Office in order to sign the mobility agreement:
1. Learning Agreement for Studies (including the mandatory virtual component, approved by all required parties).
2. Proof of insurance (EHIC card and accident insurance – valid for the entire duration of the mobility).
3. Bank account details.

UPON RETURN – students must submit:
1. A Confirmation of Stay issued by the host institution (on official letterhead, signed and stamped).
2. A transcript of records / certificate confirming completion of the program.
3. Travel tickets and travel declaration (proof of round-trip travel must be provided).
4. Students must also complete the mandatory online report.

SCHOLARSHIP RATES
Funding for short-term mobilities includes: daily allowance and travel allowance.

DALY ALLOWANCE: 79 EUR/day
Additional amount for participants with fewer opportunities: 100 EUR/mobility
